If you are looking to use your God given talents and abilities, then Serve Sundays are for you! We believe that every human being was designed to serve God and His family and there is no more tangible way to do this than getting involved in the various ministries we have on Sunday mornings. Some ministry opportunities you could serve in are Children’s Ministry as teachers, aides, worship leaders, and tech crew or on the First Impressions team as a greeter, usher, and refreshments. MEXICO MISSION TRIP
When: April 12th-17th
Where: Tecate, Mexico
Every year, High School Remedy goes just a few miles south of the border to Tecate, Mexico during Spring Break to build homes and share the Gospel with those who are in need. This trip is one of the best ways we get to teach students how to own their faith and be leaders. We also encourage parents of students to join the trip and watch how God works not only in your student’s life, but in yours as well. There are many time commitments involved with this trip so if you are interested in more information, please contact Joel at firstname.lastname@example.org. Check out last year’s trip HERE.
HUME LAKE CAMPS

Remedy High School goes to two Hume Lake Camps every year. One in the winter and one in the summer called Wildwood Discipleship Camp. We believe camps are important for students because it allows them to leave all the distractions back at home and spend an extended amount of time setting their mind on Christ and the work He accomplished on the cross on our behalf. The other wonderful benefits to camp are that it is so much fun to go and gives a great opportunity to connect with our community. If you would like to register for winter camp, click HERE!

Men’s Campout – November 2nd-4th, $55 early bird, $75 after Dec. 1st.

VISION & VALUES
The high school ministry here at Laurelglen Bible Church is called Remedy. We call it Remedy because this ministry is all about helping students find Jesus Christ, the true remedy to our brokenness. Joel LePere, the director of Remedy High School, has grown up at LBC his entire life and believes every student should walk in our doors and feel like LBC is their family. He also believes that our most important role as a church is to point people back to Jesus and His work on the Cross. That is why his vision for Remedy is to be
“A Broken Family Bringing Broken People to Jesus.”
Remedy High School seeks to live out five core values in order to fulfill this vision for Remedy.
Honesty / Humility/ Love/ Unity/ Excellence
